Titular diocese of Accia

Accia is a titular bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .

Innocent II handed over the Corsican bishoprics of Mariana, Nebbio and Accia in 1133 with the elevation of the diocese of Genoa to the archbishopric of Genoa . On January 30, 1563, the dioceses of Mariana and Accia were merged. During the French Revolution there were five dioceses in Corsica: Mariana and Accia, Nebbio, Aleria, Sagona and Ajaccio.
