The Roman Catholic Diocese of Ivrea ( lat. : Dioecesis Eporediensis , ital. : Diocese of Ivrea ) is a diocese of the Roman Catholic in Italy , based in Ivrea .
history
The bishopric was built in the 5th century. In 451 the diocese of Ivrea was subordinated to the Archdiocese of Milan as a suffragan diocese. On May 21, 1515, the Diocese of Ivrea was subordinated to the Archdiocese of Turin as a suffragan . Between 1803 and 1817 the diocese of Aosta was incorporated .
