Blachow , Polish Błachów , is a village in Upper Silesia . Blachow is located in the municipality of Guttentag in the powiat Oleski in the Polish Opole Voivodeship .

Blachow is three kilometers west of the Guttentag municipality , 17 kilometers south of the district town of Olesno (Rosenberg OS) and 35 kilometers east of the voivodeship capital Opole .
history
Until 1945 the place was in the district of Loben .
In 1945 the previously German place came under Polish administration and was renamed Błachów and joined the Silesian Voivodeship. In 1950 the place came to the Opole Voivodeship . From 1975 to 1998 the place was in the Czestochowa Voivodeship . In 1999 the place came to the Opole Voivodeship and Powiat Oleski . On July 4, 2008, the place was also given the official German place name Blachow .
