Pluder , in Polish Pludry , is a town in Upper Silesia . Pluder is located in the municipality of Guttentag in the powiat Oleski (district of Rosenberg OS) in the Polish Voivodeship of Opole .
history
In the referendum in Upper Silesia on March 20, 1921, 234 voters in Pluder and Petershof voted to remain with Germany and 244 for Poland. Pluder remained with the German Reich . In 1933 there were 933 inhabitants. On December 2, 1936, the place was renamed Wildfurt . In 1939 the place had 1212 inhabitants. Until 1945 the place was in the district of Loben .
In 1945 the previously German place came under Polish administration before a peace treaty between the two German states and the victorious powers of the Second World War was concluded in 1991 with the Two-Plus-Four Treaty , which made the place an integral part of Poland. The place was renamed Pludry in 1945 and joined the Silesian Voivodeship. In 1950 the place came to the Opole Voivodeship . From 1975 to 1998 the place was in the Częstochowa Voivodeship . In 1999 the place came to the Opole Voivodeship and Powiat Oleski . On July 4, 2008, the place was also given the official German place name Pluder .

Pluder has a train station on the Kielce – Fosowskie railway line that is barely used for passenger traffic .
