history

The place was mentioned in 1783 in the book Additions to the Description of Silesia as Goslawi (t) z , belonged to a Herr von Stürmer and was in the Lublinitz rule and had a manorial farm, 16 farmers, nine gardeners and a mill. In 1975 the powiat Oleski was dissolved. In 1999 the place came to the Opole Voivodeship and the re-established Powiat Oleski .
