Bob Shoudt

Bob Shoudt (also Humble Bob or Notorious BOB ) (* 1968 in Royersford , Pennsylvania ) is an American competitive eater . It is currently fifth in the world rankings of the International Federation of Competitive Eating (IFOCE) and holds the most in the history of competitive eating with 39 world records.

Shoudt's family are vegetarian and he only eats meat during competitions. He got his nickname for his "humble way of eating" from the talk show Angelo Cataldi while qualifying for the Wing Bowl competition.

He ate 95 Krystal burgers during the Krystal Square Off 2007 and 41 hot dogs in twelve minutes during the international hot dog eating contest held annually by the US fast food chain Nathan's Famous and one of the most famous eating contests in the United States heard.

He is also an avid mountaineer who has climbed Mount Washington , Pikes Peak in Colorado and Mount Haleakalā . He is also concerned about his fitness and is very active in Krav Maga .
