Brianne Alexandra Jenner (born May 4, 1991 in Oakville , Ontario ) is a Canadian ice hockey player who has played for the Calgary Inferno in the Canadian Women's Hockey League on the position of the Centers since 2015 . Jenner has been a member of the Canadian women's national team since 2010 and is both world and Olympic champion.

Career

Jenner played as a striker for the Canadian ice hockey teams Calgary Inferno , Mississauga Chiefs , Burlington Barracudas and at the US-American Cornell University . With the Inferno she won the championship trophy of the Canadian Women's Hockey League in the form of the Clarkson Cup at the end of the 2015/16 season .

On an international level, Jenner participated in the U18 World Junior Championship in 2008 , where she won silver with the team, and the U18 World Junior Championship in 2009 . There she also won silver. The striker was first appointed to the Canadian women's national team in 2010. She won the gold medal at the 2012 World Cup , and silver at the 2015 , 2016 and 2017 World Cups . The attacker celebrated winning the gold medal at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi . Four years later, at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang , she achieved silver with the Canadian national team.
