Bruderndorf is a village and a cadastral municipality of the market town of Langschlag in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 44 building areas with 16,562 m² and 14 gardens on 3,451 m² in the cadastral community of Bruderndorf , in 1989/1990 there were 44 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of construction areas had increased to 115 and in 2009/2010 there were 69 buildings on 115 construction areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 252 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of 1979/1980 and 254 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 246 hectares and 260 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 241 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 261 hectares. The average soil climate of Bruderndorf is 14.9 (as of 2010).
