Kainrathschlag is a village and a cadastral municipality of the market town of Langschlag in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 43 building areas with 15,546 m² and 12 gardens on 784 m² in the cadastral community of Kainrathschlag , in 1989/1990 there were 43 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 81 and in 2009/2010 there were 47 buildings on 78 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 183 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 230 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 150 hectares were used for agriculture and 261 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 133 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 270 hectares. The average soil climate in Kainrathschlag is 14.4 (as of 2010).
