Langschlägerwald is a village and, as Langschlägerwaldhäuser, a cadastral municipality of the market town of Langschlag in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .
Settlement development
At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 67 building areas with 16,588 m² and 3 gardens on 138 m² in the cadastral community Langschlägerwaldhäuser , in 1989/1990 there were 65 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 129 and in 2009/2010 there were 94 buildings on 126 building areas.
Land use
The cadastral community is shaped by forestry. 329 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 458 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 222 hectares and 561 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 203 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 565 hectares. The average soil climate of Langschlägerwaldhäuser is 14.9 (as of 2010).
