Kehrbach is a village and a cadastral municipality of the market town of Langschlag in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 32 building areas with 15,306 m² and 6 gardens on 2,141 m² in the cadastral community of Kehrbach , in 1989/1990 there were 32 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 63 and in 2009/2010 there were 42 buildings on 62 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 152 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 207 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 112 hectares and 247 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 103 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 249 hectares. The average soil climate in Kehrbach is 14 (as of 2010).
