Fraberg is a village and a cadastral municipality in the market town of Langschlag in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 20 building areas with 6,205 m² and 3 gardens on 83 m² in the cadastral municipality of Fraberg , in 1989/1990 there were 20 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 40 and in 2009/2010 there were 27 buildings on 45 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 81 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 79 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 62 hectares and 98 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 54 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 99 hectares. The average soil climate number of Fraberg is 13.6 (as of 2010).
