Siebenhöf is a village and a cadastral community of the market town of Langschlag in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there was a total of 54 building areas with 21,216 m² and 4 gardens on 8,523 m² in the cadastral community Siebenhöf , in 1989/1990 there were 53 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had increased to 137 and in 2009/2010 there were 91 buildings on 139 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 404 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 364 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 317 hectares and 437 hectares were designated as forest areas. At the end of 2018, 285 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 456 hectares. Siebenhöf's average floor climate is 11.8 (as of 2010).
