Münzbach is a village and a cadastral municipality of the market town of Langschlag in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 12 building areas with 6,083 m² and 3 gardens on 159 m² in the cadastral community of Münzbach , in 1989/1990 there were 12 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 36 and in 2009/2010 there were 21 buildings on 38 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 102 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of 1979/1980 and 67 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 99 hectares and 70 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 88 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 75 hectares. The average soil climate in Münzbach is 16.8 (as of 2010).
