The 2018/19 season was the 67th season of the Bulgarian Ice Hockey League , the highest Bulgarian ice hockey league . The SK Irbis-Skate from Sofia became champion for the third time .

After the 2017/18 season was canceled, four teams are now participating in the league. It was about the four teams that had also ended the 2016/17 season.

In the main round, each of the four teams should have played a total of twelve games. The game of the master SK Irbis-Skate Sofia against the third-placed HK Slawia Sofia on February 26, 2019 was not played. The first place in the main round was champion. Each team received three points for a win, two points for a win after overtime, one point for a defeat and zero points for a defeat.
