1According to the regulations, the replay should take place in Sofia on the following day. Both teams were present, but no referee. The Bulgarian Association appointed a substitute who was among the audience. Wladislaw Varna refused to play under the new referee.
Subsequently, Slavia Sofia was duly declared the winner. This decision was successfully challenged in court by Vladislav. A rescheduled game was scheduled for December 26, 1926, whereupon both teams agreed. The regional association of Slavia forbade the team from Sofia to compete on the grounds that revoking the title would be unfair.
A new date was set for April 7, 1927. Slavia boycotted again. Ultimately, the championship title was awarded to Vladislav Varna .Web links
