Career

Canillas began his career with FC Granada . In November 2014 he made his debut for the B-team of Granada in the Segunda División B , when he came on as a substitute for Gabriel Corozo on the 15th matchday of the 2014/15 season against the B-team of Sevilla FC in the 78th minute .

In August 2016 it was awarded to Linares Deportivo . For Linares, he completed ten games in Segunda División B and remained without a hit. In January 2017 he moved to the fourth division B team of UCAM Murcia CF .

In August 2017 he moved to third division club Écija Balompié . He scored his first goal for Écija in September 2017 in a 3-3 draw against the B-team from Betis Sevilla . By the end of the season he came to 21 missions in the Segunda División B and scored two goals. However, he rose with his club in the Tercera División .

He then moved to the Austrian second division club FC Blau-Weiß Linz for the 2018/19 season . He made his debut in the second division in July 2018 when he came on as a substitute for Thomas Fröschl in the 66th minute on the first day of that season against SC Wiener Neustadt .

For the 2019/20 season, he moved to league competitor SV Ried . For Rieder, however, he only made seven appearances in the second division and so he was awarded to league competitor SV Horn in January 2020 . Due to family reasons, the loan was ended in July 2020 during the season and Canillas returned to Ried.
