Valentin Grubeck (born February 26, 1995 in Schärding ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

Grubeck began his career at SK Schärding . In 2009 he went to AKA Linz. In January 2013 he moved to FK Austria Wien . In 2014 he was loaned to SV Horn . He made his professional debut on the 4th matchday of 2014/15 against TSV Hartberg . In 2015 he moved to SV Austria Salzburg . In January 2016 he moved to the first division club SV Grödig .

After Grödig retired from professional football, he moved to the second division SC Austria Lustenau in summer 2016 , where he received a contract that was valid until June 2017.

For the 2017/18 season he switched to LASK , where he was initially to be used for LASK Juniors Upper Austria . He also started an internship at LASK. In November 2017 he played for the LASK professionals in the Bundesliga for the first time when he came on for René Gartler on matchday 14 of that season against SCR Altach in the 70th minute .

For the 2019/20 season he moved to SV Ried . With Ried he rose to the Bundesliga at the end of the season.

His brother Fabian is also a soccer player.
