Felix Seiwald (born August 20, 2000 ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

Seiwald began his career at USC Flachau . For the 2014/15 season he moved to the academy of SV Ried . In October 2017 he made his debut against SV Grieskirchen for the Rieder amateurs in the Upper Austrian League . In December 2017 he was in the professional squad for the first time against SC Austria Lustenau , but was not used. By the end of the season he came to four missions for Ried II in the fourth highest division.

In the 2018/19 season he was promoted to the regional league as runner-up with the Ried amateurs . Seiwald came to 28 missions in that season, in which he scored five goals. For the 2019/20 season he was promoted to the Rieder professional squad. First he made his debut in July 2019 against the Union Gurten among the amateurs in the Regionalliga.

He made his professional debut in July 2020 when he came on as a substitute for Stefan Nutz in the 87th minute against SV Lafnitz on matchday 20 of the 2019/20 season . With Ried he rose to the Bundesliga at the end of the season .
