Bernd Gschweidl (born September 8, 1995 in Stockerau ) is an Austrian soccer player .

Career

Gschweidl began his career at 1. FC Bisamberg. In 2009 he moved to AKA St. Pölten . After four years, he moved to SV Horn in 2013 . He made his debut in the 1st round of the 2013/14 ÖFB Cup against FC Hard . After a year in Horn , he moved to the Bundesliga club SV Grödig in 2014. He made his debut for Grödig in the 1st round of the ÖFB Cup 2014/15 against SV Leobendorf . In January 2016 he moved to the second division SKN St. Pölten .

After St. Pölten's promotion to the Bundesliga, Gschweidl moved to the second division club SC Wiener Neustadt for the 2016/17 season .

For the 2017/18 season he moved to Bundesliga club Wolfsberger AC , where he received a contract that was valid until June 2018. For the 2019/20 season, he switched to league competitor SCR Altach , with whom he received a contract that ran until June 2021. After six Bundesliga appearances for Altach, he moved to second division SV Ried in January 2020 . With Ried he rose to the Bundesliga in 2020 .
