Cesanese di Affile
Cesanese di Affile DOC or simply Affile DOC is an Italian red wine from the metropolitan city of Rome in the Lazio region , which has had a "controlled designation of origin " ( Denominazione di origine controllata - DOC) since 1973 , which was last updated on March 7, 2014.
Cultivation
It is grown in the municipalities of Affile , Roiate and parts of the municipality of Arcinazzo , all of which are in the Affilani Mountains.
generation
The Cesanese di Affile is made from 90–100% of the Cesanese d'Affile grape variety . A maximum of 10% other red grape varieties approved for cultivation in the Lazio region may be added. The wine is also offered in the types "dolce" (sweet) and "riserva".

- Dry extract: at least 22.0 g / l, for "Riserva" at least 26 g / l

- Color: vivid red with purple reflections
- Smell: delicate, characteristic
- Taste: dry, soft, harmonious
- Alcohol content: at least 9.0 % by volume
- Acidity : at least 4.5 g / l
- Dry extract: at least 22.0 g / l
- Total sugar content : higher than 45 g / l
