Cori (wine)
White and red wines are produced under the name Cori in the Italian province of Latina in the Lazio region . The wines were given on August 11, 1971 the status of a "controlled designation of origin " ( Denominazione di Origine Controllata , briefly DOC), which was last updated on March 7, 2014.
Cultivation
The wines are grown and vinified in the municipality of Cori and in parts of the municipality of Cisterna di Latina .

Different types of wine are produced:
- Blending wines
- Cori Bianco : must contain at least 50% Bellone , at least 20% Malvasia del Lazio and at least 15% Greco Bianco . A maximum of 15% other white grape varieties that are approved for cultivation in the Lazio region may be added.
- Cori Rosso : must contain at least 50% Nero buono di Cori , at least 20% Montepulciano and at least 15% Cesanese di Affile . A maximum of 15% other analogous grape varieties that are approved for cultivation in the Lazio region may be added.
- Almost single origin wines
The grape varieties mentioned must be at least 85%. A maximum of 15% other analogous grape varieties that are approved for cultivation in the Lazio region may be added.
- Cori Bellone
- Cori Nero Buono (also called "Riserva").

- Taste: dry, balanced structure

- Color: ruby red with violet reflections
- Smell: characteristic, accentuated
- Taste: delicate, harmonious, fruity
