Cesanese di Olevano Romano DOC or simply Olevano Romano DOC is an Italian red wine from the metropolitan city of Rome in the Lazio region , which has had a "controlled designation of origin " ( Denominazione di origine controllata - DOC) since 1973 , which was last updated on March 7, 2014 .

Cultivation

It is grown and vinified in the municipality of Olevano Romano and in parts of the municipality of Genazzano , which are in the Monti Prenestini.
