Career
society
Nunnely, whose roots are in Suriname , started playing football at Almere City in his hometown and joined the youth department of Ajax Amsterdam via FC Utrecht in 2012 . After showing good performances for the U19 team, he made his debut on January 13, 2017 (20th matchday) in a 0-0 draw against FC Emmen for the reserve team in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie . In the next season 2017/18 he made his breakthrough in the starting lineup. On November 27 (15th matchday) he met Jong Ajax for the first time in a 3-0 home win against FC Dordrecht . During this season he scored six times in 24 league games and prepared five more goals, making a significant contribution to the reserve's championship title. The next 2018/19 season was disappointing for the winger . He did not manage to play in the first team, nor to keep his regular place in the reserve team and only came to 17 league games in which he scored four times.
On June 19, 2019, Nunnely signed a three-year contract with the first division club Willem II Tilburg . He played his first game on August 2 (1st matchday) in a 3-1 away win against PEC Zwolle . On November 10th (13th matchday) he scored his first two goals of the season in the home game against PSV Eindhoven and promoted his team to a 2-1 victory. This 2019/20 season he scored four goals and made six assists in 25 league games.

Nunnely was in action for six different Dutch youth selections, starting with the U15 . With the U17 he took part in the U17 European Championship 2016 in Azerbaijan , where they were eliminated in the semifinals against eventual winners Portugal . A year later, this was repeated at the 2017 European Under-19 Championship in Georgia . They failed again in the semi-finals on the Portuguese selection, even if they could not win the tournament.
