Claire Din

Claire Din (* 20th May 1958 in Eisenach as Karla Fröde ) is a German poet and lyricist .

Life

Claire Din lived in Weimar from 1963 to 1981 . She completed professional training as a decorator and archivist. The first poems were published under pseudonyms such as B. Heidi Fröhlich and Cara Karla . She received singing lessons at the Weimar Music Academy . Appearances as a singer and model followed. In 1978 their daughter was born.

By Burkhard Lasch , there was a meeting with Harry Jeske from the band Puhdys followed by a spontaneous move from Weimar to Berlin and the publication of the first lyrics.

Din was a mentor for young interpreters and a member of the authors' advisory board. A production took place with Austrian interpreters such as STS ., Marlon Spanböchl u. a. by Scheibmaier Edition Vienna. There were also meetings with Ludwig Hirsch and Georg Danzer in Vienna.

The publication of the volume Goddess of the Night - Poems, Melodramas and Aphorisms was published by Frieling Verlag . She was also a guest presenter at Rias 1 and also a guest at Swing and Talk with Horst Jankowski and Petra Schürmann . Among other things, there were exhibitions "Compositions from Bad Saarow" in Berlin and Bonn in 1994.

Din worked together with the Puhdys , Dagmar Frederic , Harald Juhnke , Mario Adorf , Ute Freudenberg , Angelika Milster , Fanny Krug , Rosalili, Ines Adler , Sabine Hettlich, Olaf Sander, Uwe Jensen , Norbert Hammerschmidt and Arndt Bause , Holger Stern and Eva Norel.

In 1996 she lived in Miami , traveled through California and presented her work there. In 1997 she returned to Berlin for private reasons
