Colin Salmon (born December 6, 1962 in Luton , Bedfordshire ) is a British actor .

life and career

Salmon was born the son of a nurse. He grew up in his hometown and attended high school there. After graduating from school, he began a musical career as a drummer in the punk rock band The Fiction , which he founded with friends from school.

Salmon made his acting debut in 1992, including in British television series such as Hot Suspicion . In 1998 he was seen in the film The Wisdom of the Crocodiles . Films like Resident Evil (2002) and Alien vs. Predator (2004). His most famous film role is that of Charles Robinson , which he embodied in three James Bond films: Tomorrow Never Dies (1997), The World Is Not Enough (1999) and Die Another Day (2002).

Salmon has been married to Fiona Hawthorne since 1988 and has four children with her.
