Mixed

As in all double competitions, the preliminary round was played in groups, so that there were duels between the four top-seeded teams in the quarter-finals. In the end, the top seeded Kasey Brown and Cameron Pilley from Australia prevailed in a hard-fought final against New Zealanders Joelle King and Martin Knight . For Brown it was already the third medal after two bronze medals in singles and women doubles, her partner Cameron Pilley already secured the bronze medal in men doubles. King had only recently won gold in the women's doubles and, apart from a short break between the finals, was on the court for a total of 156 minutes.
