Location of the association of municipalities in the Normandy region

The Communauté de communes Cote Ouest Center Manche is a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the department of Manche in the region Normandy . It was founded on October 3, 2016 and comprises 30 parishes (as of January 1, 2019). The administrative headquarters are in La Haye .

Historical development

The community association was created with effect from January 1, 2017 through the merger of the predecessor organizations

• Communauté de communes de Sèves et Taute ,
• Communauté de communes du Canton de Lessay and
• Communauté de communes de La Haye-du-Puits .

With effect from January 1, 2019, the former municipality of Anneville-sur-Mer became part of the Commune nouvelle Gouville sur Mer ( Communauté de communes Coutances Mer et Bocage ). This reduced the number of member churches to 30.
