Millières is located about 28 kilometers west-northwest of Saint-Lô . The Ay limits the community in the north. Millières is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Vesly in the north and northwest, Saint-Patrice-de-Claids in the north and northeast, Périers in the east, Saint-Sauveur-Villages with Vaudrimesnil in the southeast, Muneville-le-Bingard in the south, La Feuillie in the west as well as Lessay in the northwest.
