Quettreville-sur-Sienne is a French commune with 3,194 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Manche department in the region of Normandy . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Coutances and the canton of Quettreville-sur-Sienne .
It was created with effect from January 1, 2016 as Commune nouvelle of the same name through the amalgamation of the formerly independent municipalities Quettreville-sur-Sienne and Hyenville , which have the status of a Commune déléguée in the new municipality .
With effect from January 1, 2019, the existing Commune nouvelle was expanded through the integration of the previously independent municipalities of Contrières , Guéhébert , Hérenguerville and Trelly , with the additional municipalities also having the status of a Commune déléguée . The administrative center is in Quettreville-sur-Sienne.
