The 2001/02 DHB Women's Cup was the 28th edition of the most important German indoor handball cup competition for women. The 2002 DHB Cup winner was Bayer 04 Leverkusen , who narrowly defeated VfL Oldenburg in the final 29:27. Defending champion TV Mainzlar was eliminated in the last sixteen against TV Lützellinden .
