action

Reinhard and Irina Burger move back to their old home in Munich after ten years. While Reinhard has become a successful manager, Irina has given up her journalistic career and only taken care of the household. However, there was still no time for children, nor for a honeymoon, which Reinhard now promises to make up for soon. As soon as he arrived in Munich, Reinhard was ordered to New York at short notice and Irina was left very disappointed. But that's not the only problem. Reinhard has barely left when Irina realizes that her account is obviously overdrawn and that she is now without money. In addition, the landlord of your expensive luxury apartment also demands the outstanding deposit. Irina now has to see how she makes a living. While Reinhard only speaks of a temporary bottleneck, Irina soon doesn't know what to do. She finds some consolation in her old school friend Frank, whose father lives in the neighborhood of Irina and therefore they often run into each other. Irina is now desperately looking for a job, but receives only rejections everywhere. Out of necessity, she goes to the employment office and meets Jassna, who is also looking for a job. It seems hopeless for both of them to find a new job. Frustrated, Irina wants to distract herself from her friend Janina and realizes that she is totally overwhelmed with her job and the two children. Her husband has now invited guests to the evening, which throws Janina completely off track. Without thinking twice, Irina offers her help. At first she only deals with the children so that Janina can work in peace, but in the end she also has to take over the cooking. Your friend and her husband are excited about the successful evening. Janina encourages Irina to use her talent and offer budget management for stressed, working women . Irina does that and also hires her new friend Jassna. Their services range from simple child or elderly care to wedding planning and after a short time the two of them can hardly save themselves from assignments. So your agency grows and you hire more employees. Despite all the work, Irina also finds a little time for herself and her old school friend Frank. She has to find out that she has fallen in love with him. But just as she has spent the first night with him, her husband suddenly appears at the door. Reinhard is irritated that his apartment is suddenly an agency, Irina has swapped her expensive car for a much smaller car and now has hardly any time for him because she is going about her obligations. After his first disappointment, Reinhard makes a noticeable effort to look after his wife. He goes out with her and offers her his professional success. His new boss would like the wife of his employee to be close by and so Irina should come to New York with him. Irina is not very enthusiastic about it, after all she has set up an agency and the people she works for need her. Reinhard doesn't really take Irina's problems first and assumes that she will accompany him. When she refuses, Reinhard is annoyed, but then gives in and is supposedly ready to give up his new job for her sake. Irina is accordingly impressed and now wants to accompany her husband to New York. With a heavy heart, she says goodbye to her new and old friends and leaves Jassna in charge of the agency. At the airport, Irina meets Reinhard's new boss and now learns that Reinhard cannot start the new job without her. Irina realizes that Reinhard not only lied to her, but that she just lived his life and not her own life. She now wants to change this. She separates from Reinhard and goes back to Frank, Jassna and everyone who has become dear to her over the past few weeks.
