Thomas Darchinger
Thomas Darchinger (born May 5, 1963 in Neuburg an der Donau ) is a German actor and voice actor .
Life
Thomas Darchinger, born on May 5, 1963, grew up in Herrsching am Ammersee . After passing high school and then doing community service, he went to Munich. He began his acting career in 1984 at the Pathos Transport Theater , where he played several leading roles . The group achieved international fame in the late 80s. In 1990 he left the company, worked at home and abroad (USA, Spain) as a guest at several theaters and in 1993 founded his own theater group (Theater d-formation). Here he also made a name for himself as a writer and director. In 1989 he was discovered for the film. He played his first role in the film adaptation of the novel “With the clowns came the tears” (directed by Reinhard Hauff). Immediately afterwards he became known to a wide audience in the role of “Maxi Grandauer” in the legendary and award-winning BR series “Die Löwengrube”.
