Dennis Čubić (born January 14, 1978 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German actor .

Life

Čubić grew up in Eschborn near Frankfurt am Main. His father comes from Croatia , his mother from North Rhine-Westphalia.

After graduating from high school, he studied acting at the Max Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna . During his studies he starred in the Austrian film Antares by Götz Spielmann , for which he received the Undine Award for best film debutante in 2005 . He was also nominated for best actor in a motion picture at the Baja California Film Festival.

Čubić lives alternately in Vienna and Frankfurt am Main.

As a freelance actor, Čubić has appeared on various stages, including a. in the Theater in der Josefstadt , Schauspiel Frankfurt , in the Stadttheater Klagenfurt , in the Künstlerhaus Mousonturm in Frankfurt, in the Théâtre National du Luxembourg , in the Cameri-Theater in Tel Aviv , in the Werk X in Vienna, at the United Theaters in Bozen and in the State Theater of Lower Austria .
