The story The Cry of Love is about the love between two men.
Lara Behrend brings her first friend, the good-looking Yannis, to the family barbecue party. Yannis, who flirts with his appearance, works as a prostitute . When Lara's father discovered Holger Yannis' secret, he felt no disgust, but was confused and fascinated to the same extent. He feels more and more drawn to Yannis. At first he tries to suppress his feelings. But when Yannis moves to the Behrends because his mother is in the hospital and he doesn't want to be alone, the two men have an intimate relationship that Lara does not hide. A world is collapsing for them. Her mother Simone is also extremely injured. Holger leaves his family, he wants to live with Yannis. But Yannis is regularly drawn to the line, he is not ready for any commitment. Holger returns to his family, but their former happiness is broken. The news that Yannis was seriously injured by one of his suitors first brings the men together again. Eventually, the alternation between hate and love becomes the fate of their relationship.
