The Lunikoff conspiracy

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hunters And is a right rock - band from the room Berlin . It was founded by ex- soldiers - singer Michael Regener founded (pseudonym "Hunters") in 2003, after his band had dissolved. Accompanying musicians are members of the band Spreegeschwader .

Band history

2003-2005

After the band Landser fell out due to the willingness of bassist André M. and drummer Christian W. to give evidence, Regener founded The Lunikoff Conspiracy together with members of the Spreegeschwader during the court proceedings in 2003 . The production of the CDs was done by Panzerbär Records , the label of the band Spreegeschwader. Even before the court ruling was announced, in which Regener was sentenced to three years and four months in prison, the band recorded their debut album The Return of the Incomprehensible , the contents of which were examined by three lawyers for criminal relevance before publication. Nevertheless, the album was indexed on October 30, 2004 by the Federal Testing Office for Media Harmful to Young People (BPJM) , but released again in January 2005 due to a formal error (Regener was not informed about the impending indexing).

As early as 2004, The Lunikoff Conspiracy appeared increasingly in public. This is a major difference to Regener's earlier band Landser , which only made one public appearance during its existence. On November 27, 2004, the conspiracy played in front of around 1000 spectators in the Wodan disco in Mücka , East Saxony , as part of the press festival organized by the NPD publishing house German Voice . The recording of this concert, at which songs by the band Landser were also played, was used for the second CD called Höllische Saat . On the same evening, Oidoxie , Gegenschlag and Spree squadrons also played.

After the failed revision in the Landser trial, the band celebrated their farewell concert in Pößneck, Thuringia, on April 2, 2005 due to Regener's imminent imprisonment . It took place after the national party conference of the NPD. About 1000 people attended the performance. The event manager was Frank Schwerdt , the then chairman of the NPD regional association Thuringia. The opening act played English Rose , White Law (both from the UK), agitator from Lower Saxony and retaliation from Hessen.

After Regener was imprisoned on April 11, 2005, the EP never on his knees was released. The band also took part in the first school yard CD of the NPD, which was created in 2004 based on the project Schulhof CD , an advertising campaign by German right-wing extremists .

Since 2008

After Regener was released from JVA Berlin-Tegel on February 27, 2008 , the band released an album in July 2008 under the title Heilfroh . The first live performance after the release from prison took place on September 13, 2008 together with the openly National Socialist right-wing rock band Radikahl in Nógrádsáp, Hungary . In addition, the conspiracy occurred in October 2008 at a right-wing rock concert in Mallentin, Mecklenburg . On July 4, 2009 the band performed - again together with Radikahl - at the Frankentag , a music event organized by the Free Network South in the Nazi tradition, in Obertrubach -Geschwand. On July 11, 2009 she took part in the Rock for Germany Festival in Gera and played as the main act in front of around 4,000 people from right-wing to right-wing extremist circles. On June 17, 2009, the management requirements for Michael Regener were tightened, which meant that there were fewer concerts.

On the 2009 edition of the NPD schoolyard CD for the 2009 federal election she is represented with the song Frei born . The German rapper Dee Ex played a cover version of the piece together with the rapper villain051 and produced a video clip for it. The band is also involved in various other compilations . In March 2009, the State Criminal Police Office of Saxony applied for the CD Heilfroh to be indexed . However, this was rejected by the Federal Testing Office for Media Harmful to Young People (BPjM). In April 2012 the album L-Qaeda was indexed. The band had an appearance in 2012 on the so-called Eichsfeldtag in Leinefelde . Previously, various members of the NPD gave speeches.

In July 2017, the band performed alongside Stahlgewitter and Sleipnir at the Rock against foreign infiltration concert in Themar , Thuringia, in front of around 6000 right-wing extremists.
