Victoria English heads the hottest student fraternity at South Beach University in Miami. Nobody who fails the strict selection process is allowed into their student union.

When the toilet pipes break on campus, friends Gloria, Poo Poo, Maxine, Monique, Kathy and Morgan have to find a new apartment until the damage is repaired. When they discover that their money is not enough for a rental apartment, they ask all connections. In doing so, they find that the gamma gammas, Victoria's “kingdom”, appear most normal to them.

Victoria is currently trying to get on the front page of FHM and shamelessly exploits her fellow students for it. The losers come in at the right time and she decides to take them in because of the "diversity" desired by FHM. But Victoria wouldn't be herself if she didn't show the new contenders where their flaws are. She does it in such a humiliating way that the girls decide to rent a houseboat. This is to untie Kristen on behalf of Victoria so that it drifts down the river. But the girls do not let that go and forge a plan of revenge.

And on the day when Victoria's picture finally appears on the front page of the FHM, it becomes clear to everyone: Victoria had only thought of her own success the whole time, she didn't care about the others because they weren't in the magazine. But after a brief revelation of her past, all the guests start a cake fight - and she joins in.
