The white vest - The Goalkeeper Award is an award that has been given to the “strongest” goalkeepers in the Bundesliga and Bundesliga 2 by the German sports broadcaster Sport1 and the magazine Schöner Wohnen since the 2007/08 season . The decisive criterion is the number of games without conceding a goal. Manuel Neuer is the record winner with six awards .

criteria
The award is generally given after most games without conceding a goal. After Manuel Neuer consistently won the award from 2012 to 2015, the goalkeeper with the best average grade in Sport 1 was honored with the award in 2016. Koen Casteels received the best average score of 2.73. In 13 Bundesliga games, he kept his box clean 4 times. Manuel Neuer was again the goalkeeper with the most games without conceding a goal in 2016 with 21 games without a goal. Since 2017, the clean slate has been awarded to the goalkeeper with the most games without conceding a goal.
