Dieter Carls
Dieter Carls (* 15. January 1939 , † 21st May 2003 in Cologne ) was a German radio play - director .
Life
Dieter Carls began as an assistant to Willy Millowitsch and to Francis Durbridge's six-part television play Das Halstuch . Carls later came to radio, to Stuttgart ( SDR ), Berlin ( RIAS ) and in 1960 to WDR in Cologne, where he worked as a director, dramaturge and also as a deputy department head.
Dieter Carls has directed over 100 radio plays.
