The district of San Francisco del Yeso is one of the 23 Peruvian districts that make up the province of Luya in the Amazon region. The district has an area of 113.94 km². The population was 695 in the 2017 census.
Geographical location
In the north, the district of San Francisco del Yeso is bordered by the district of Santo Tomás , in the east by the districts of Mariscal Castilla and the district of Montevideo , in the south by the district of Leimebamba and in the west by the district of Cocabamba .
