Elitserien (chess) 1991/92
The 1991/92 season was the fifth season of the Elitserien . The SK Rockaden and Limhamns SK fought a duel for the title, which ended in favor of Stockholm. The defending champion Wasa SK had to be content with third place this time. From the Division I were Malmö Schacksällskap and Upsala ASS ascended. While Upsala achieved relegation, Malmö lost all competitions and had to relegate immediately. Since Division I consisted of three seasons from this season , three teams from the Elitserien were also relegated, namely in addition to Malmö, Södra SASS and Solna Schacksällskap
