Eva Kinsky (born June 28, 1945 in Vienna , † February 2, 2000 in Munich ) was an Austrian actress and voice actress .

Life

In 1961, at the age of 16, she made her debut as a stage actress at the United Theaters in Graz . This was followed by stage engagements in Wiesbaden, Basel, in the Vienna Theater in der Josefstadt as well as guest performances in the Cologne Cathedral Theater and in Munich.

In 1965 she made her film debut with a small role in Rolf Thiele's comedy Das Liebeskarussell . Her other cinema productions include the Marie von Ebner-Eschenbach adaptation Ruf der Wälder , Fremde Stadt and The Witcher . On television she played in the multi-part series With the Clowns, the tears came after Johannes Mario Simmel , in Tom Toelle's comedy Lonny, the climber, and gave numerous guest appearances in series such as Der Kommissar , Derrick , Der Alte and SOKO 5113 .

In addition, she worked extensively in dubbing from 1966 and lent her voice to well-known stars such as Shelley Duvall ( Shining ), Carol Kane ( Der Stadtneurotiker ), Liza Minnelli ( New York, New York ), Ornella Muti ( Give the monkey sugar ) as well Donna Mills in the television series Knots Landing .

Her grave is on the Ottakringer Friedhof (Gr. 19, R. 1, No. 30) in Vienna.
