Fani Polymeri (Greek: Φανή Πολυμέρη; * in New York City ) is a Cypriot pop singer .

She was selected together with Giannis Savvidakis to represent Cyprus at the Concours Eurovision de la Chanson 1989 . With the pop song Apopse as vrethoume , the duo reached eleventh place.
