Christina Metaxa ( Greek Χριστίνα Μεταξά , * 1993 in Limassol ) is a Cypriot singer.

Live and act

Metaxa represented the island of Cyprus at the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 . Her song Firefly was written by her brother Nikolas Metaxas , who took second place in the first season of the Greek version of The X Factor and already competed in the Cypriot preliminary round in 2008 with two self-written songs.

Metaxa only finished 14th in the second semifinals, so it did not qualify for the final.
