Ferdinand Heising
Ferdinand Heising (born December 12, 1859 in Rheda ; † December 24, 1914 in St. Moritz , Switzerland ) was a German district administrator in the district of Cochem .
Life
Ferdinand Heising was the son of a district court counselor who, after completing his school career , studied law in Leipzig , Freiburg and Bonn . After obtaining his first state examination in law, he finished the practical part of his training as a court trainee from 1884 , after which he took up his first employment from 1886 as a government trainee first in Münster and then in Königsberg . In 1889 he moved to Stade as a government assessor and then to Aachen in 1894 , before being appointed provisional district administrator in the Cochem district from April to October 1894. His last known place of work was the position as a member of the government in Münster, where he died on Christmas Eve in 1914 while performing his duties.
