For the Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG), Bombardier constructed the Flexity Berlin, which was specially adapted to Berlin's needs, from the incentive . This vehicle family is to be produced in North America.

Flexity Link

The Flexity Link is a so-called tram-train vehicle, i.e. a tram that can run on both the inner-city tram network and the regional rail network. Provided the appropriate infrastructure is available, this enables the region to be optimally connected to the inner cities. There are currently 28 Flexity Link railcars in use on the Saarbahn in the greater Saarbrücken area .
