The forest Detter-Süd is an 11.39 km² community-free area in the Bad Kissingen district in the Bavarian Rhön . The area is completely forested .

The forestry Detter-South is located just south of the market Zeitlofs , with the eponymous district Detter . In the community-free area there are some exclaves of the community of Wartmannsroth and the Zeitlof market. The highest point is a nameless mountain at 428  m above sea level. NN . The forest Detter-Nord is not free from a municipality, but part of Detter and thus on the district of Zeitlofs.
