Francisca Ricinski

Francisca Ricinski , also Francisca Ricinski-Marienfeld , (born November 18, 1943 in Tupilați , Neamț district , Romania ) is a German writer who writes her works in Romanian, German and French.

life and work

Francisca Ricinski studied Romance Studies and Classical Philology at the University of Bucharest and theology at the Cathedral School in Würzburg and at the Institute for Diaconate and Pastoral Services in Münster . She has lived in Germany since 1980 and was an employee of the German Bundestag from 1985 to 2003 . Francisca Ricinski writes poetry, short prose, plays and literature for children. She also works as a journalist, photographer and translator ( Romanian , Italian , French , Russian , German ), the poems of Hans Arp , Rose Ausländer , Jürgen Becker , Theo Breuer , Crauss , Sarah Kirsch , Karl Krolow , Gregor Laschen , Kurt Marti , Andreas Noga u. a. translated into Romanian. Francisca Ricinski is the managing editor of the literary magazine Matrix , co-editor of the literary magazine Dichtungsring and a member of the board or editor of the Romanian magazines Poezia and Antiteze .

Francisca Ricinski lives in Bonn .
