Gerd Spiekermann

Gerd Spiekermann (* 1952 in Ovelgönne ) is an author who writes in the Low German language.

Life

Spiekermann studied Romance studies and political science in Marburg and Rennes . From 1985 until his retirement in 2015 he was an editor for Low German at NDR Hamburg-Welle 90.3 and produced articles for the series Hör mal 'n beten to . In addition, Spiekermann was the editor-in-chief of the Hamburger Hafenkonzert program for 14 years , and was also editor-in-chief of the Sonntakte program until she was stopped . In 1982 he was awarded the Freudenthal Prize for the text As dat Huus in de Grund versunk .
