The Gmina Radłów [ˈradwuf] is an urban-and-rural municipality in the Powiat Tarnowski of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship in Poland . Its seat is the city ​​of the same name with 2771 inhabitants (2016). It has an area of ​​86.02 km² on which about 9,800 people live.

history

On January 1, 2010, the village of Radłów was declared a town and the municipality received its current status.

The town-and-country community (gmina miejsko-wieska) Radłów includes the city that gives it its name and the following 14 villages with school administration offices : Biskupice Radłowskie , Brzeźnica, Glów, Łka Siedlecka, Marcinkowice, Niwka, Przybysławice, Sanoka-Rudlec, Wałówa , Wola Radłowska, Zabawa and Zdrochec.

Infrastructure

The voivodship road 975 (DW975) leads from Biskupice Radłowskie in the north of the municipality to the south to national road 4 (DK4, or European road 40 ).

The nearest international airport is Kraków-Balice, 70 kilometers to the west .
